rolanni is the link to Alan Beatts' very thorough and fair run down on What's Wrong With Amazon. Like him, I have never been a chain-basher, and acknowledge that some good things have come from there too. But it dos make me feel a little more comfortable with the reality that they have never chosen to answer any of my job applications, and that earlier this year I stopped trying.
