alicebentleyHey! I'm not a totally useless ignoramus after all!
Successfully moved the entire snake-nest of cables and communication boxes for our wireless internet off of my desktop (where we had put it "just for the moment") and onto the wooden shelves on the other side of the room.
And I'm still connected. Woot!
Now, to actually finish writing and send off this email I've been putting off....

Date: 2008-01-31 02:48 am (UTC)I didn’t do quite as well on Monday when, as part of my home office renovation, I managed to cut the phone line to the whole second floor. I still haven’t figured out why I ran the phone line into the office first then backtracked to the rest of the rooms – must have seemed like a good idea at the time…
