I looked up his contact email from his webcomic, and it is:

arcanetimes@gmail.com

So, not intuitively obvious, and not based at studiofoglio, but fairly memorable if you follow his comic.

Let me know if he knows! (I haven't talked to Phil or Kaja since last week. I left a couple of phone messages about my sudden trip, but haven't had anything critial to get back about.)

And the answer is ... I was wrong in my guess. Cheyenne kindly forwarded me the panel in question (sans balloons) and the name on it is "Lazard" (or possibly Lazardo, as one can't see the end of the name).
