Changes... life is all about changes

alicebentleyAbout two weeks ago I made the deal to sell my mail order bookstore (the last remains of my used-to-be huge storefront and mail order bookstore) to one of my best friends, another science fiction specialty bookseller, Greg Ketter of DreamHaven Books.
This neatly encompasses my greatest concern: making sure my customers can still get the full range of books I was offering, while also letting me meet pretty much all of my financial obligations (eventually...).
While there's still a TON of work to do getting pending orders out, accounts closed down, inventory counted and moved, endlessly etcetera, I can at least imagine the end of the deluge and plan for what activities might come next. And that's a neat thing I haven't done in years!
