Over on FaceBook, a quote from a friend who is a forensic scientist and medical examiner: "I just want to stop doing autopsies on middle-aged men who have died because they had no insurance and didn't want to divert their families' resources towards routine doctor visits and the scary price of meds for cholesterol and hypertension ... Correction. I just want to stop talking to their widows."
