Clearing off countertops, sorting through boxes and finding places for everything, and generally trying to get this place in shape for having visitors over on Sunday. Boring, lonely, and unsatisfying work.

Meanwhile, it's shockingly beautiful outside, the cherry tree out front is dropping snow squalls of blossoms, and the side yard is just about begging to be weeded some more.

Surely posting to LJ is not the correct response to this conundrum...

Well, you could open the windows, to let the day in, and crank up the stereo with some boppy tunes and at least *dance* while you work...
