What about applying what you've been studying to increasing sales anyway? We've got some lovely examples of free web-presence being a sales motivator - not just the Foglios, but I've heard the books available on the Baen site are doing the same thing. Do you have some thoughts on how to get people started in that direction for greater visibility?
