Feb. 20th, 2011 04:33 pmYesterday was fun! A morning and afternoon of productive bookstore work (OK, we didn't sell many books, but we did get some useful tasks completed and off the To Do list).
Then Lisa picked me up to shuttle us over to the MN:StF Pool Party, a lovely montage of snacks, chats, music and (in my case) Boggle. I got to put faces to some names, met a couple of new people (yeay!) and got to reconnect a bit to one of my favorite people-to-talk-with. I met Chas, Musician Guest of Honor at the upcoming Minicon and got to hear him and Adam Stemple and a handful of others play music for a space.
A fine time, and I can see why people enjoy it every year.
