Bookstore-ing away in Minneapolis
Feb. 5th, 2011 09:53 amIt's been a bit over a week since i flew over here to help Greg with some projects at DreamHaven, and we've made good progress on some, with a whole lot of work left on some others.
The biggest surprise to me has been how few people actually come into the store. It's way below the level of traffic I was used to from my days in Chicago at The Stars Our Destination, and I was just barely making a go of it there - until, of course, I wasn't.
Plans are for Lisa and I to go to at least a part of the MiNSTf meeting this evening, and I hope to see some familiar faces as well as meet new people there.
I'm not online much with the schedule Greg and I are keeping, but I am still getting my email read and answered within a day or so, so be encouraged to contact me if you're interested in getting together while I'm in Minneapolis!
