Connection conundrum

One of the webcomics I read daily, Devil's Panties has been timing out for me instead of loading this whole week. I just figured it was server problems at Keenspot or something, and I'm not very quick to complain about getting my free comic fix. But now days have gone by, it still doesn't load, and no one else has mentioned any problem.

So I switched to my iPhone, where it loads and displays without any difficulty. Hmmmm. And I tried it on my PC machine in the corner. No problem.

Back to my normal laptop, and it doesn't load with either Safari or Firefox, but I can't find any other pages with similar difficulties (everything loads just fine).
