The days just rocket by
Mar. 10th, 2010 06:18 pmLots of prep going on for the Emerald City ComiCon where I'll be running Booth 209 for Phil and Kaja (who will be at Nova Albion). Come by and keep me company!
I've been having trouble focusing on my schoolwork as much as usual, perhaps because our homework load is fairly light for this three-week period. Still, feels strange.
That new-to-me webcomic Archipelago continues to delight, as well as updating pretty often. I haven't worked out if it's on a particular schedule, but it works out to about 2 or 3 pages a week.
And in the "what were you thinking?" category, I've started playing Mafia Wars on the iPhone. Different setup than their FaceBook version, with fairly pricy upkeep costs for several items required for jobs, and a more time-dependent shake-down cycle, but it take less overall time than any other game I play, so that's a win I guess.
Now, off to send out a new job application for an opening I heard about this weekend. Seems like a long shot, but it would be cool if I landed it.
